What an agency can still do that we don't

Photograph or film you at the track, run paid advertising, write press releases and go out finding sponsors for you. If you need those, an agency or a freelancer is worth it. If you need the regular posting and reporting done well, you don't.

How it works

  1. Set up your driver. Name, number and championship. For under-18s, a parent or guardian does this and stays in charge.
  2. Make posts in minutes. Pick a template, check the details, share to Instagram or download. Your colours are found from your logo or website.
  3. Let results come to you. When official timing publishes, Autopilot drafts the post. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
  4. Show sponsors what they got. A monthly report and a proposal for new sponsors, as a link or a PDF.

Built around the family behind the car

No child accounts

A parent or guardian creates and controls every under-18 profile.

Private until you say

Nothing is public until you consent and publish, and it comes down in one step.

Sponsors talk to you

Enquiries go to the parent or guardian. There is no messaging with children.

Posts that follow the rules

#ad added where UK advertising rules need it, and no betting, alcohol or vaping partners for young drivers.

Questions

Do we really not need an agency?

For the regular work, posting results, thanking partners and reporting to sponsors, VLTA does what you need. For photography, paid ads or someone to find sponsors for you, an agency or freelancer still helps.

Who actually posts to Instagram?

You do. VLTA makes the image and caption and can hand them straight to your phone's share menu. Instagram and TikTok are for ages 13 and over, so a younger driver's posts go on a parent's account.

What does #ad mean and why is it added?

UK advertising rules say a post promoting a partner who pays you or gives you products must say so first. VLTA adds #ad to those captions. Also turn on Instagram's Paid partnership label.

Is my child's information safe?

We only ask for a racing name, number and series, never an address, school or date of birth. Photos lose their location data on upload. See the privacy notice.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in one step from Billing. During the trial weekend, cancel before Monday 23:59 and you pay nothing more. After that, your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and within 14 days of your first monthly payment you can cancel for a full refund of it.

If we cancel, do we keep our graphics?

Yes. Every graphic you have downloaded is yours to keep and keep using, on any platform, for good. Cancelling only stops the plan's features, such as the public profile, the paid styles, Autopilot and sponsor reports.

What are styles?

The look of your graphics: photo-led designs like the ones top teams post. Paddock is free on every account. All fifteen, from Depth, where your driver stands in front of the result, to Podium in black and gold, come with the plan and work with every post type and size.

Why is there a limit on families?

We'd rather look after a small number of families properly than a large number badly. When we're full, the waiting list is first come, first served, and we hold a place for you for 48 hours when it opens.
