Theroundbox creations is a family business in Bognor Regis making personalised elf arrival boxes, tags, postcards and baby elf cots by hand. We built their website and look after their marketing.

The brief
Their customers buy against a deadline: the elf arrives on a set date, and a late box means a disappointed kid. The site needed to make personalising easy, make the order-by dates impossible to miss and feel as warm as the products.
What we did
- Shopify build in their purple and yellow, bright and friendly without looking cheap.
- Type-their-name preview so customers see the box before they buy.
- Order-by dates in the announcement bar and a "sleeps until the elves arrive" countdown.
- Three-step how it works on the homepage: pick, personalise, posted in 1 to 2 working days.
- A separate route for schools and bulk orders.
- Email reminders sign-up for key dates, plus quick category chips and search for mobile.
- Marketing around the season.
