# Refund policy

Everything we sell for VLTA Panic Buy is digital. When you buy, you get an unlock code straight away in your order confirmation email. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It doesn't affect your legal rights.

## Changed your mind? 14 days, as long as the code hasn't been used

You can cancel and get a full refund **within 14 days of your order, as long as you haven't redeemed your unlock code yet**.

Once you redeem the code in the game, the digital content has been supplied to you at your request. By redeeming it, you agree that it is supplied straight away and that **you lose your right to cancel** under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. After that, we can't give change-of-mind refunds.

## Something not working?

If something you bought doesn't work as described, you're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just email us and we'll fix it or send you a working code. If we can't, we'll refund you. Examples:
- your code won't unlock
- a pack is missing players
- a feature you paid for isn't there

## Buy the Round (tips)

Tips don't unlock anything. If you tipped by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full.

## How to ask for a refund

Email **info@vlta.co.uk** with:
- your order number (e.g. #1042) or the unlock code from your receipt
- the email address you used to buy
- what went wrong, if anything

We'll reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 working days for your bank to show it.

When a purchase is refunded, its unlock code stops working and the item is switched off in the game.
